The 2010 Convention will be held at the Fantastic world famous Riviera Hotel (follow link) this is a great Casino Hotel with alot of Vegas history
Elvis first met Liberace at the Riviera also outside the front entrance is The Elvis Star on the Walk of Stars, and the Riviera is the closest Hotel within walking distance to the Hilton ( International ) Hotel. Both Hotels are also part of the new Monorail transport system
The Riviera is often chosen as a shooting location due to its lack of any discernible "theme". Portions of the following features were filmed at The Riviera:
Ocean's Eleven (1960 film), Austin Powers: International Man of Mystery, Casino (film) 1995, and we could also recreate 3000 Miles to Graceland which was filmed on location in Vegas including the Riviera Hotel.
The Convention will be held over 3 days on or around the 17th June 2010 and you will be required to stay at the Riviera Hotel for the duration of the Convention, each person attending will also need to purchase an entertainment pass to gain entry to and be part of the entertainment and events programme. You are free to stay in Las Vegas for as long as you wish to do so before and after the convention to take advantage of Las Vegas and its attractions. We are currently negotiating the best deal for Room rates at the Riviera Hotel and the more of you that want to come with us the better the deal we can get.
A guide price at this present time would be approx £50 per room per night, this is per room for 2 people, when we have a final confirmed price for a room we will issue you with a code to allow you to book at our Convention rate.
You can also choose your own flight package to suit your Departure Airport, and we will aim to provide you with links to the best Flight Deals. A guide price for a flight to Vegas is arount £350.
Therefore the cost of your 'Ultimate Elvis Vegas Experience Convention' will be made up of 3 elements your flight, your length of stay and your entertainment pass.
An example guide to your full cost for 2 people would be a flight at £350 per person,
3 nights minnimum at the Riviera @ £50 per room per night = £150
2 entertainment passes at £75 = £150 .
Total cost £1000 or £500 per person.
